On-Site Service Rates

• Standard Rates: $100 for the 1st hour, $100 for each additional hour
• Network Rates: $125 for the 1st hour, $125 for each additional hour
• 1-hour minimum, billed in 30-minute increments after the first hour
• $35 travel charge will be applied to all on-site services calls up to 25 miles
• 25 miles or more will be quoted as necessary

In-House Labor Rates

• Standard Printer / PC Repairs: $80/hr
• Laptop Repairs: $100/hr
• Network Related Service: $125/hr
• Bench Fee Due at Time of Drop Off: $60
  (If repair performed, $60 is applied towards total repair cost)
• 1-hour minimum, billed in 15-minute increments after the first hour
